CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WTVF) — After being added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Most Wanted List, Justin Thurman turned himself in and is now in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
Thurman was wanted by Chattanooga Police and TBI for murder and attempted aggravated robbery.
A reward of $2,500 was being offered for information that leads to Thurman's arrest.
