CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Clarksville Police identified two homicide victims as a woman and her father.
Police say 30-year-old Rachel Konen and her father, 62-year-old David Rodgers, were shot and killed on Jan. 20.
The two were found dead inside a Westwood Drive home. The investigation is ongoing, but police officials say their deaths are being investigated as homicides and not a murder-suicide.
