NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A grieving mom wants the mid-state to be on alert for the gunman who killed her son.
Metro Police still haven't announced an arrest in the January 7 murder of Golden Hairston.
Police say earlier this month at the Hickory Highlands Apartments in Antioch, as Goldie was talking to someone in the parking lot, someone in a black SUV pulled up and gunned Goldie down.
His family hopes someone at the apartment complex saw something, or knows something.
"The least you can do is bring us closure, we're not gonna get him back, but the least you can do is give us closure," said Pamela Anthony Paynes, Hairston's mother.
