NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A fourth arrest has been made in the murder of Eric Jauregui last September in Nashville.

Juan Posada, 19, one of the suspects who was sought in the Gallatin Pike murder, was arrested in an unrelated case in Cheatham County last week.

Posada was booked into the Metro jail Wednesday. He is charged with first degree murder and especially aggravated robbery.

Posada and the other three suspects are charged with killing Jauregui during their attempt to rob him of marijuana and a gun. The other three suspects, Josue Mojica, Ronaldo Conde and Ashley Garcia, were arrested in September 2019.
