NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Deputy U.S. Marshals arrested Nashville shooting suspect, 31-year-old Leroy D. Topp Jr., in North Carolina.
Police say Topp Jr. allegedly shot and killed 34-year-old Carlos Logan at a gas station on Harding Place Thursday morning.
The Marshal's Task Force in Nashville sent a lead to NC, which led to his arrest.
Police said surveillance video showed that an argument led to a physical altercation between the two in the parking lot. A short time later, the victim returned to the store and was shot.
