NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — As the General Motors strikecontinues, we're seeing more examples of how widespread the impact is across the country.

That includes the next time you bring your car in to your mechanic.

Evon Lewis at Majesty Auto in Nashville says he's having to turn customers away. He hasn't been able to order car parts because of a delay caused by the strike.

For now, Majesty Auto and other shops are continuing to work on the cars they can... waiting and hoping for news that the GM strike may be coming to an end.

"I just hope and pray it'll be over soon -- because if it isn't, we're going to be in trouble!" Lewis said.

Lewis says he's told there's a three to four week delay to get some car parts because of the strike.
