The annual "Great Golden Gathering" brought together dogs and humans at Edwin Warner Park in Nashville.
The non-profit rescue "Adopt A Golden Nashville" hosted the event Sunday to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
Dog lovers got to bring their furry friends to play games, meet some dogs available for adoption, and enjoy some live music.
"It's really funny because you see excitement in their eyes the moment they walk in. You see the smiles on their faces as they walk around and see dogs and people having fun, children having fun," said Leslie Morrison, Co-President and Director of Adopt a Golden Nashville.
"Adopt a Golden Nashville" has placed more than 3,000 golden retrievers in loving homes over the last 20 years.
