NASHVILLE, Tenn (WTVF) — As clean up continues across downtown, the list of businesses that have been impacted by the Christmas morning bombing in Downtown Nashville continues to grow. For many of these businesses, the road to recovery will be long.
Metro Codes tells NewsChannel 5 their inspectors have not been able to inspect the damage yet due to the ongoing investigation. Once they are able, they will designate each building in a category of damage from either destroyed, major or minor damage or unaffected.
From there, Metro Codes will notify business owners and looking into what it will take to make buildings safe.

It's currently unclear when crews will be able to access this area of downtown. No estimate has been given on the total cost of destruction caused by the blast.
