One man was recovering at the hospital after he crashed his truck and trailer into a tree.
Medics reportedly found the man outside his truck on Bell Road when they got to the scene. They believe he crawled out of his vehicle.
He was hauling a 4-wheeler and other items on a utility trailer.
Police said they're not sure what caused the crash, but they added they believe he was the sole occupant.
Several people called 911 around 4:30 a.m. Sunday to report the crash near Harbor Lights Drive.
That stretch of Bell Road is between Antioch and the Percy Priest Lake community.
One lane was closed for nearly four hours as crews worked to clean up the roadway.
An officer went to Vanderbilt University Medical Center to interview the driver about what happened.
