Sentencing for Brandon Vandenburg has been moved from September to November after his conviction in the Vanderbilt rape retrial.
This is the second time his sentencing has been rescheduled. It was initially set for July 15, but later moved to September 30.
Officials said Wednesday that the date has now been set for November 4.
According to the Office of the District Attorney General, Vandenburg’s legal team filed a number of documents on Tuesday. As a result, the office asked for a continuance so they could review them.
Back in June, Vandenburg was found guilty of five counts of aggravated rape, two counts of aggravated sexual battery, and one count of unlawful photography.
