From 6:30 to 8 p.m. Broadway will close from First Avenue to Fifth Avenue and Second, and Third and Fourth Avenues from Demonbreun Street to Commerce Street.

Anyone riding the WeGo Star will need to board under the pedestrian bridge as the Riverfront Station is blocked.

Downtown buses are also on detour Wednesday, so check the transit app for your route.

The big event Wednesday is Burnouts on Broadway from 6 to 8 p.m. Drivers will start at Fifth Avenue in front of Bridgestone Arena. The burnout zone is between Second and First Avenue.
