NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Metro Nashville Police Department Gang Unit detectives and other officers arrested a 31-year-old fugitive wanted in a deadly shooting in January at the Hickory Highlands Apartments.

Officers arrested 31-year-old Joseph Dunlap who was indicted on charges of first-degree murder and attempted especially aggravated robbery.

He was found in the Hickory Hollow area of near the Chimney Top Apartments. Gang Unit detectives set up surveillance and spotted Dunlap. They chased him on foot before taking him into custody.
