NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Metro Nashville Police Department's Juvenile Crime Task Force has seized 211 guns during the past year.
The task force was formed one year ago. Since it's creation it has not only recovered more than 200 guns, but it's also recovered 294 stolen or carjacked vehicles.
A total of 277 juveniles and 327 young adults have been charged by the task force since Feb. 16 of last year.
The task force was created to focus solely on juvenile crime in Nashville.
