Tennessee Bureau of Investigation special agents arrested a man from Monroe on rape charges.
Agents began investigating 36-year-old Travis Puckett in February 2015. They found that he allegedly engaged in sexual contact with a minor between the dates of March 1 and April 30 in 2007.
Puckett was charged with three counts of statutory rape by an authority figure and three counts of sexual battery by an authority figure.
He was indicted on the charges on Monday. He was booked into the Overton County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
