Remember that couple that got charged $1000 to ship a package of plates they'd ordered through Amazon? Guess what? They just got more plates! Only this time they didn't have to pay for them.

We first told you about Bob and Lorie Galloway of Gallatin back in May after Lorie ordered heavy duty paper plates online.

She thought she was getting free shipping. It was only after Bob got their credit card statement that they discovered the seller had charged them $1000 to ship the plates from Georgia.

As luck would have it, the Chinet company saw the Galloways' story and told NewsChannel 5 Investigates they hated to see the trouble the couple had been through trying to order their plates. So they sent the Galloways two big boxes of Chinet products, including more plates as well as cups, napkins, and utensils.

Chinet also sent them a $250 gift card. The Galloways told us they were surprised and thrilled.
