NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — No one was injured in a Friday afternoon fire at a building on 29th Avenue and Poston Avenue in Nashville.
The building was under construction when the two-alarm fire broke out.
The building is the site of a new Fairfield Inn & Suites, according to Mariott's website. It's currently planned to open in August of 2020.
According to the Nashville Fire Department, the fire marshal's office is at the scene investigating the cause. There's no word on what may have started the fire.
