BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (WTVF) — Five new businesses are moving into retail space at Hill Center Brentwood.

Developers said phase two of the shopping center is quickly reaching capacity after the announcement of new tenants CycleBar, Clean Juice, Drybar, Pure Sweat + Float Studio and PetPeople.

Fitness studio CycleBar opened its 2,402 square-foot space in Hill Center on September 3. The studio already has locations in The Gulch and West Nashville. The Brentwood location will offer riders complimentary shoe rental and towel service, a free water bottle during the first visit, filtered water, fresh fruit and locker rooms equipped with showers and other amenities.

Clean Juice opens September 21. This is the second location for the owners, who own a location in the Capitol View development of The Gulch.

Drybar is scheduled to open in Hill Center Brentwood on October 25. The 1,450 square-foot location will include 10 styling chairs.

Pure Sweat + Float Studio, which offers both infrared saunas and float therapy, will open late fall. There will be five sauna suites and two float suites. The business already operates a successful location in Cool Springs.

In early 2020, PetPeople will join the shopping center in a 5,000 square-foot space. The business will provide products and services such as pet food, supplies and washing stations. This will be the second PetPeople location in Tennessee.

In addition, an AC Hotel by Marriott with 148 rooms will be built at the west end of the development.
