One person was rushed to the hospital after being shot on Willis Branch Road in Hendersonville.
According to investigators, the shooting led to a car crash.
Neighbors say they heard 4-5 gunshots, came outside and saw a car hit a tree head-on. Two people then left the car, and began running.
One of the men that left the car was later brought to the hospital.
Officials say the investigation is currently preliminary. There's currently no word if a suspect is in custody.
