SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. (WTVF) — You can stay in an ark, tree house or general store at Kelly's Jubliee in Springfield.

The 57-acre property on Old New Cut Road is run by best friends Kelly Marie and Karen Phoenix.

"I want [guests] to be revived, rejuvenated, relaxed, at peace and for them to find joy," said Marie about the experience at her unique property.

There are ten rentals at Kelly's Jubilee. The tree house and tree house mansion are two of the most popular. The three-story ark was featured in "Southern Living" in January.

"We were so shocked, but really surprised and really grateful," Marie said.

Marie bought the property roughly two years ago. She and Phoenix have turned most of the buildings on the land into distinct rentals that are blowing guests away. The exteriors match the rustic, natural landscape, but the interiors are luxurious and elegant.

"When they open the door they're like 'whoa we didn't expect this,'" Phoenix said.

Marie spent nearly $500,000 updating the property.

The lavish accommodations can steal the show, but that is not the property managers' intention. The friends want guests to have a distraction-free stay.

"This is a one-of-kind, unique experience in that we do put so much of ourselves into making it special for every single guest. They are as important as any other guest that has been here before," Phoenix said.
