NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Thunderstorms, heavy rains, and strong winds are expected in Middle Tennessee through Friday morning.
These storms are expected to begin Thursday late afternoon and carry on into the evening.

Heavy rains and damaging winds are possible overnight as well, with scattered showers continuing throughout Friday.
A cold front is bringing a threat of damaging winds which will be the primary concern over the next two days. However, there is a slight chance for hail and isolated tornado.
