According to police, Glisson allegedly placed her car from park into gear as Officer Mumaw and Officer Trent Craig were at the driver’s door attempting to get her out and away from the edge of the Cumberland River.
Glisson was allegedly behind the wheel of the car legally drunk. She was on probation relating to an April 2016 DUI conviction.
Officer Craig took the stand, recapping the moment the car rolled into the water.
He told the court he tried to convince Glisson to get out and even tried to remove her hand from the gear shift. He assumed Officer Mumaw pulled him out of the window as the car was moving.
According to Craig, Glisson said, "You don't really want to help, you only want to arrest me for DUI." When he explained to her that she would go down with the car if she drove it in the river, she replied with, "So what if it does."
The second witness to take the stand was Officer Ryan Henehan.
He testified that Glisson refused to do two blood tests and admitted to drinking seven to eight beers earlier. Her blood alcohol level was .21 at the time of the incident.

For the prosecution, the Assistant District Attorney gave a closing argument, but the Defense did not give one.
The judge ruled that there was probably cause and forwarded the case on to the Grand Jury.
