Police have arrested a former MTSU football player in a pair of armed robberies that police say took place Thursday morning.
Police say 24 year old Alexandro Antoine committed an armed robbery at an apartment complex on Hazelwood Street, and then a similar armed robbery at a gas station on Old Fort Parkway.
Antoine played football for MTSU, and he was on the roster from 2012-2015, when the university says Antoine graduated.
Antoine faces two counts of Aggravated Robbery... and two counts of theft.
