Man Shot Multiple Times In Lewisburg

LEWISBURG, Tenn. – A man was seriously injured after he was shot multiple times overnight in Marshall County.

The incident happened shortly before 11 p.m. Thursday at the Jackson Trailer Park in Lewisburg.

Officials with the Lewisburg Police Department said 22-year-old Tyrone Pierce was shot multiple times at the location on Jackson Avenue.

He was first taken to Marshall Medical Center before being transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. As of Friday morning, his condition was said to be stable.

Police were looking to identify two suspects, described as African American males who were driving a red car. They were believed to be driving south on Old Columbia Road towards Mooresville highway.
