A hearing has been postponed for the parents of Joe Clyde Daniels.
A planned preliminary hearing for Joseph and Krystal Daniels has been moved from June 1 to 10 a.m. on June 4 after defense attorneys asked for more time.

Joseph Daniels has been charged with criminal homicide in the boy’s disappearance. Krystal Daniels was charged with aggravated child endangerment in the case.
Meanwhile, Joe Clyde’s remains still have not been found after nearly five weeks of searching. The boy was reported missing on April 4.
Joseph Daniels has not revealed where he allegedly dumped the body.
