A new development has been released about the woman involved in the police call that led to the death of Metro Nashville Police Department Officer Eric Mumaw.

A grand jury has indicted Juli Glisson for aggravated vehicular homicide in connection with Officer Mumaw's death.

She was parked on the edge of a boat ramp, reportedly suicidal. Tests later showed she had a blood alcohol level of .21, well above the legal limit.

The car rolled into the water, and Officer Mumaw slipped and died trying to save her.
