CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Clarksville Police are looking for two suspects after a string of carjackings over the weekend.

Police say five carjackings were reported between Friday and Sunday. They were all in different locations of the city, but police believe they're connected.

Two took place in the 1500 block of Nolen Road, one in the 1800 block of Waters Edge Drive, one in the 300 block of Roselawn Drive and one in the 100 block of Westfield Court.

There are a series of similarities that make police believe they are all connected:

  • Police say the victims were stopped either at home or close by.
  • Each person was approached by multiple men wearing hoodies who had a gun.
  • Four of the victims were removed from their vehicle before it was taken, and they were all recovered a short time later.
  • In most of the carjackings, the victims noticed a vehicle which got their attention and seemed suspicious before the carjacking took place.

Police say the stolen cars are likely being used to commit other crimes before being abandoned.

The two suspects, whose image is above, are being sought by police. If anyone has any information, please contact Detective Carlton, 931-648-0656, ext. 5172, Tipsline, 931-645-8477, or go online and submit a tip anonymously at P3tips.com/591
