NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — One of the four protesters who camped outside Governor Bill Lee's office demanding Rep. David Byrd's removal was forcibly removed from the house chambers after a long outburst at speaker Glen Casada during session.

Aftyn Behn is a member of TN Enough is Enough, a group calling for Rep. David Byrd to step down after sexual assault allegations were made against the lawmaker last year.

During the final moments of the 111th General Assembly Meeting in the state house Thursday, Behn started shouting at speaker Casada from the wing of the house chambers.

Troopers quickly made their way up the stairs and removed Behn from the chambers. A video from TN Enough is Enough shows Behn taken downstairs by troopers and eventually lead into a staircase where other Enough is Enough supporters could not follow.

Behn was cited and released from police custody Thursday evening.
