Today, like yesterday, will be very isolated in nature. Temperatures will top out in the upper 80s to lower 90s, but it will feel more like the upper 90s to lower 100s with the humidity.
Friday is shaping up to bring the greatest chance for scattered rainfall across the region.
Saturday, showers and thunderstorms will continue, with the highest coverage expected along the Plateau. A few of those storms could produce gusty winds, while heavy downpours may lead to localized minor flooding.
Temperatures will continue to climb into early next week, with afternoon highs reaching the upper 80s to lower 90s. Combined with the humidity, it'll feel even hotter, with heat index values ranging from 100 to 105.
