A cold front will move across the region tonight into early tomorrow morning, bringing showers and thunderstorms. Some storms may produce heavy downpours, but at this time, severe weather is not expected.
Tomorrow will be more seasonal and comfortable. It will still be a touch humid... but it's summer in the South. Rain chances return this weekend.
You will really notice the less humid air in place for Thursday and Friday, but afternoon temperatures will still heat into the upper 80s. We will be dodging showers this weekend as an area of low pressure moves into the region.
