A second arrest has been made in the murder of Billy Pace, Jr.
Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said they took 36-year-old Jessica Lynn Summer Simo into custody. She has been charged with first degree felony murder.
Reports stated Simo’s bond was set at $500,000.
The body of 23-year-old Pace was found in a wooded area in the 1000 block of Ross Lane in December 2016. He had been reported missing by his father just a few days before his body was discovered.
A couple weeks later, a 17-year-old was taken into custody and charged with criminal homicide.
