NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Metro police have made another arrest in connection with the May 30th riots in downtown Nashville.

According to an affidavit from Metro Nashville police, 33-year-old Ryan Keith Ray faces four counts of felony vandalism, two counts of felony burglary, one count of felony arson and one misdemeanor for inciting a riot.

Police say Ray is accused of breaking into Big Time Boots and lighting an empty shoe box on fire. He then allegedly piled more shoe boxes on top of it, trying to stoke the fire.

The store’s surveillance camera captured the incident on video. Police say Ray’s face was visible in the video.

The police report also says prior to the store fire, Ray was seen on cell phone video telling a crowd, “Let’s go to Broadway! We’re going to tear s*** up. We’re about to f*** Broadway up!”

Ray is also accused of vandalizing vehicles and burglarizing Margaritaville.

Ray was held on a $135,000 bond. Police say they're still working to identify other suspects.
