Aaron joined NewsChannel 5 as a Reporter in November 2020. Before joining the team, Aaron worked at FOX 59/CBS 4 in Indianapolis.

During his time in Indy, Aaron covered a variety of stories from severe weather, crime, and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Aaron was key to the station’s coverage of the Black Lives Matter protests in 2020. He received an Emmy nomination for his coverage.

Aaron also spent time working in Huntsville, Ala. and Monroe, La.

He was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Aaron is also a former intern of NewsChannel 5.

Aaron is excited to join the legendary news team. He’s always looked at NewsChannel 5 as news excellence.

He’s honored hundreds of families have trusted him over the years to share their story.

In his spare time, Aaron likes to hang with friends, hike, go to concerts, binge watch a good television show, and listen to music.
